In a close finish, the Rockwall Yellow Jackets defeated Arlington Martin 45-38.
Standout Rockwall QB Braedyn Locke showed what he was made of throwing for 342 yards and 6 touchdowns in the Victory over Arlington Martin. Locke connected with Jaxon Smith 11 times to rack up 201 yards and 4 Touchdowns. The other two touchdowns went to Brenden Bayes and J.J. Williams.
In a tough fought fight, Arlington Martin’s Chris Craft had 12 carries for 157 yards including a 51-yard touchdown run to start the second half. Quarterback Zach Mundell passed for 133 yards and threw for two TDs. With a chance to tie or take the lead in the second half, the Warriors fumbled midfield and Rockwall was able to preserve the lead.
